Project Description:
One of the main goals for enterprises must be
to keep the building(s) and plants efficiency, with
high rates of feasibility, high rates of lasting value taking into
account the economical and ecological aspect. Security, well-being
and productivity as well as its environment are the crucial factors
for the enterprises decision finding. Due to the initiative
of the EFNMS a project group should be organised to execute the
projects outline. The goal of this project should be to add
the ecological and economical aspects to the existing building maintenance
process in order to save the environment and optimise the operational
costs. Within the framework of this project there will be an analysis
of maintenance and environment management activities concerning
buildings and technical installations on the basis of market and
literature as well as by discussions between experts and personnel
involved in this partnership. All respective tasks, which could
be done by maintenance should be integrated in the organisation
of maintenance.
