The first EFNMS examination for Maintenance Technicians
On the 28th of January 2005 the first examination for Maintenance Technicians according to the EFNMSvzw Regulations took place in Sweden. Five candidates passed the exam. They are Anders Berg, SSAB Tunnplat AB, Magnus Enstrom, Componenta AB, Aarre Numminen, Forsmark Kraftgrupp AB and Magnus Gustavsson and Anders Knutsson, both from DynaMate AB. The exam consisted of two written tests (1½ hours each, two practical tests of 45 minutes each and finally a 1-hour written test in English. Svend Aage West, Denmark, from the EFNMS Certification Committee, acted as the EFNMS controller, and Ingemar Andréason represented the Training Committee’s Expert Group.
